The perfect family gathering

The perfect place for Family & Friends to stay when they visit you.

The perfect place for your visiting family and friends 😊

Close to you, their own space, near to Hadrian’s Wall, Talkin Tarn and The Lake District National Park.  Ideal for everyone.

Do you have family and friends coming to stay? While this is wonderful sometimes you just don’t have enough space and those ‘shaky’ down beds are, lets me honest, not that comfy are they.

Why not encourage your guests to stay in their own, comfy, clean, quality space, near to you? This provides everyone with their own space while ensuring you all have quality time together making those extra special, happy memories.

At Wall and Lakes Holiday Cottage we have an increasing number of local people who recommend us to their family and friends.  Many, returning, time and time again.

Please contact us if you would like to check out our quality cottage, with luxury bedding (sleeps 4 people in 2 bedrooms, can be two king sized beds or one king size and two small singles. No pets) sparkling clean throughout, comfy sitting room with beautiful countryside views, large garden, sunny patio and parking.

We are always happy to let you have a look round, without any obligation, before you book or recommend us to family and friends.  Please just get in touch to arrange a convenient day/time.

Wall and Lakes cottage is just a stroll to anywhere in Brampton and has many lovely walks and cycle ways on its doorstep for everyone to enjoy, such as Gelt Woods, Hadrian’s Wall, Geltsdale RSPB reserve and stunningly beautiful Talkin Tarn.  Also, with easy access throughout Cumbria, Scottish Border and North of England, The Lake District National Park, Dumfries and Galloway Coast, Northumbria and Pennine Way.

We look forward to welcoming you, or helping you look after your family and friends when they visit.

Take care and please do contact us if you have any questions at all.
